What currency do we use on this site?

We price in USD.

 

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We stock goods in France. So your orders will be shipped from France at most 2 days after we receive your order. 

 

Can I track my order?

Yes, after we ship your order, we are going to send you a tracking number by e-mail shortly. 

 

Can I return my order?

 

1. We offer a 100 % money back guarantee if your order is defective or damaged. 
2. If the product hasn’t been used, you have 30 days to return it and still get a full refund. The returning fee is the same as the shipping fee. We will deduct the returning shipping expense from your refund. 
3. If the product has been used, you can’t return it.   

 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel the order before the shipment takes place. However, if the item has already been sent we have no way to cancel it. Please return it in 30 days to get a refund. 

 

How long will my order arrive?

We ship from France. To Belgium, France, Germany and Netherland, normally 2-3 days.
